TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To place an order for products at the online store, simply add the products you wish to your shopping basket and proceed to check out. Once the payment is completed, you will receive an email confirming your order as well as a receipt against your payment.
All items placed under your order, will be delivered as per the option selected during your transaction. Delivery for any order placed will depend on stock availability and may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Request for refund can be made up to (7) days from confirming your order.
If the request is not received within the indicated period above, your order will be delivered as requested and the Return Policy will apply.
After receiving your order and if you change your mind and wish to return your product(s), you may do so providing you inform us no later than (7) days of date delivery and returning the product(s) along with receipt of the purchase. Products should be returned sealed in their original packaging and unopened. If the product has been opened, you will not be able to return it. Upon inspection of the returned items and subject to our approval based on the terms of return mentioned above, we will issue a refund within (30) days.
If your product develops a fault
All products purchased will carry a standard (1)* year limited manufacturer warranty from the main vendor. Accessories, such as covers, cases, cables, adapters, do not carry a warranty. The warranty will be provided through designated service centers or service providers.
* Unless an AppleCare Protection Plan is purchased along with your product to extend the warranty coverage.

You can pay for products online using most major debit or credit cards accepted in the UAE.
